Prospects for the Development of Legal Regulation of Digitalization

It is quite natural and indisputable that the regulation of digital environment should preserve protect rights citizens to be informed, express their opinion, etc. However, protection freedoms man citizen not provision maximum individual freedom people economic agents in an absolutely free from regulation. The beneficiaries this understanding approach protecting fundamental are a very small number agents, most (as well as by way) remain outside legal protection. We consider “digital” problems measures solve them, based on Russian Federation priority regulating relations are, first all, legitimate interests every citizen.
